## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.1.3 — 2026-09-05

The biggest update since launch. Your record now covers more of how protocols actually work, and getting started is faster.

Doses

Mark a dose as skipped, with a reason. Skips show in your history and on your clinician report as a neutral fact.
Twice or three times daily schedules, with a reminder for each dose.
Enter the titration plan your prescriber gave you and see which week and step you are on. The app never suggests amounts.
Logged a different amount? Choose "Just today" or "Update my protocol" instead of the app rewriting your schedule.
Week counts restart honestly after a break of 14 days or more.

Compounds

Add your own compound if it is not in the catalog. Schedules, reminders, supply and exports all work with it.
Two new blends: CJC-1295/Ipamorelin and BPC-157/TB-500.
Log how a dose is taken: injection, nasal, oral or topical. Sprays no longer get an injection site.

Body map

Left and right glute, plus left and right flank.
New symptom: injection site reaction, linked to the dose and site.
Measurements in inches or cm.

Supply

Pens. Enter total mg and the app tracks what is left.
When two vials are open, pick which one the dose came from.
Notes on any vial or pen.

Cycle

Phases follow your actual cycle length, not a 28-day template.
If no period is logged for a while, the app stops guessing and says so.
A "Not cycling right now" switch for birth control, pregnancy, menopause, or if you would rather not track. Period logging still works.
Pregnant? Pause every protocol in one tap.

Your record

Break history with reasons.
When more than one compound was dosed, choose which one a side effect belongs to.
Enter lab values by hand. Values only, no interpretation.
Export includes your full protocol history, breaks, vials, lab values and lab files.
The clinician PDF shows schedule changes over time, past breaks, skips and labs.

Getting started

A shorter, faster setup. Fewer screens, no keyboards where a tap will do, and your protocol shown to you before anything optional is asked.
Dose reminders and product news are now separate choices.

Plus dozens of fixes, including period records that could be stretched to the wrong date and a paywall feature list that reads correctly with no compounds selected.

### 1.1.2 — 2026-08-30

This update is all about making Protocol Her fit YOUR protocol.

Custom schedules: pick exact days (like M/W/F), weekdays only, or every X days — your reminders follow your real protocol
Take a break: pause any compound with a resume date. Reminders pause too, and your record stays honest — no guilt, no fake "missed" doses
Per-compound reminders: every compound in your stack now reminds on its own schedule
As-needed compounds: see how long since your last dose, with an optional check-in nudge
A proper welcome after you join: your protocol, your first reminder, your name
Smarter first days: no more empty screens and meaningless scores before your record has data
Fixes: reminder settings now survive iOS permission changes, vial tracking corrections, and plenty of polish

### 1.1.1 — 2026-08-21

The paywall got a rebuild.

You can now see everything included in Pro in one place instead of a short list, and the rating sits where you'd expect it.

Also fixed:

- The Today rings on Analytics no longer get squeezed off the edge on smaller screens.
- Buttons no longer run past their edges at the largest text sizes.
- Layout and spacing cleanup throughout the upgrade screens.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-08-19

Meet Her Bot, a private assistant that lives inside the app.

Ask what you logged this week, what a compound in your protocol is, or how any part of the app works. Her Bot answers on your device: no account, no server, nothing sent anywhere. Anything clinical it hands straight back to your clinician, which is where those questions belong.

Also new:

- Archive a compound you have finished with. It leaves your active protocol and stays in your history, so nothing you logged disappears.
- Edit a side effect after you log it, and mark it resolved when it passes.
- Correct a period you logged on the wrong day.
- Backdate a dose you forgot to log at the time.
- Cycle context sits next to your logs, and your cycle history is easier to read at a glance.
- A new launch screen.
- Polish and fixes across the app.

### 1.0.8 — 2026-08-04

Protocol Her is private, on-device tracking for women on peptide and GLP-1 protocols: doses, reminders, daily check-ins, labs, and a clean PDF export for your clinician. No account, no sign-up, and your logs never leave your iPhone.

This update:
- Apple Health now connects from one place: a single section in Profile for weight, steps, and sleep, one permission request, and the Connect button on Analytics finishes the job in one tap.
- A clearer look during setup at everything Pro includes.
- Restore Purchases now shows a clear message when it can't complete, including when you're offline.
- Your name appears right away, reminders preview your own schedule, and the dose calendar now distinguishes logged days from scheduled ones.
- Better support for larger text sizes throughout, including the calculator.
- Subscription screen improvements, fixes for returning subscribers, and lots of small polish.
- The Profile tab is now organized into clear sections, so everything is easier to find.
