It’d be great if that gets fixed, but overall a great password manager! 🤩 ### 3/5 — Improve the UI *2026-09-05, version 1.20.1* The UI navigation experience should be improved to make it more refined and engaging to use. It only sometimes works for apps, so often we'll have to flip back and forth from PP and app/browser to input pw/user. Browser integration is perfect across all of my browsers, and I use a lot. iOS integration is also great but does require some effort to use this instead of Apple Passwords. Since i have switched everything to Proton Pass , i have even got free features that i have previously paying for. The Sync Speed and Easy to Filter password makes it easy for managing credentials. And its great, but i have a few feature that should be added. 1. Ability of shelf hosting our passwords 2. Ability of storing patterns password 3. If the issue persists, please contact us via our support form so we can investigate. ### 1/5 — Iphone Update *2026-08-14, version 1.20.0* Ever since the newest iphone update on the Pro Max 14 it has NOT WORKED AT ALL. ### 1/5 — Terrible Products and Worse Support *2026-07-21, version 1.19.2* I’ve tried for months to report an issue with Pass crashing the native Apple keyboard. One problem is the Feedback form in the app doesn’t work properly. The form itself expands past the screen after you attach a file so you can’t even see what you’re typing. Then you can’t even submit it because it says it’s not in JSON form. The other problem is even when I’ve gotten around that issue, they’ve only asked in turn ask me for a screenshot or recording…absolutely maddening. If you use other Proton products, you’re lucky if they work well enough to allow you to get anywhere. ProtonVPN connection stalls constantly…CONSTANTLY!! Proton Mail doesn’t let you type if there’s no connection (see VPN stalling). Mail can’t even format text on iPhone. Calendar is a joke of a program that can’t even hold attachments. It’s a miserable cycle being in this ecosystem. Their support sucks and their products are inferior to the point of making my smartphone worse than a landline. Passwords can be organised into groups; private note section; email alias creation; biometric access. Everything you'd expect + nice extras, eg for ooccasional website that won't auto-fill, Proton Pass helpfully designed its copy/paste process with fewer clicks than others. - ⛔️Privacy: it's Proton. So it's private. That's why I pay. - ➡️ Importing from other apps: ingested all Dashlane passwords and Notes seamlessly. - ⚖️Stability: excellent. Not a single crash or dysfunction in 2-ish years. - 👍Ease of use: simple. Up and running in no time. - 🙋Support: very good compared to most. Excellent online resources, but if individual support still required, they write in plain English and neither patronise nor assume everyone's a tech whizz. Hallelujah. - 💰Value: excellent.
