I’m just curious as to why a company that’s literally supposed to help. Other companies and other businesses maintain security contracts actually works to have those contracts taken apart or remove removed funny ### 1/5 — Can't login and it's 1am *2026-01-18* Can't log in to check in on a shift that started 10:30pm, now it's 1am I've been calling the customer service it keeps sending me to voicemail after having me on the phone for 30mins, my point is if you have the check in feature hourly on app, why not have a human being 24/7 on standby incase something goes wrong with using the feature **Developer response:** We’re sorry for the frustration. Definitely a me issue, but still ### 1/5 — Worst app *2025-12-15* I hate protos app, it never works and even though I’ve gone through loops with protos trying to fix it, it still won’t work and tells me I’m not anywhere near my location even though I’m inside. Now apparently I’m not going to get paid bc the app won’t work?! Guess they’re gonna lose another good one over a technical issue! This company is the worst along with the app! ### 1/5 — Under developed *2025-10-05* Forced to use this. App stalls if left open in back ground. Connection is horrible constantly causing slow interface function. All issues that cause missed “check in’s” which affects your company’s ratings. You have to sign out completely after every shift or it will not allow you to clock in properly the next shift. Signing in lags and takes forever but you can’t log in until exact log in time without it forcing you to log out and log back in then making you late. Shift detail description lay out is cluttered and sloppy. Half the time only giving you partial information. Always missing vital information. It's constantly giving me the spinning circle or flashing dots. I tried to check in 8 or 10 times, was still doing the spinning circle over an hour later, despite having a 5G connection. I have management thinking I'm missing my check-ins, even though I'm on time with such. About the only thing on Protos that ever works well is the "Tours" feature, and even that isn't a guarantee- tags often don't want to scan. 🤮 **Developer response:** We take your feedback seriously and want to help resolve these concerns.
