To use the BTCOM to its full extent you can activate the free expert mode, here you can pick from additional devices such as radios or a second mobile phones. Imm dissapointed that I had higher expectations since I’m paying a premium for a one eared Bluetooth headset! ### 1/5 — Unfassbar *2024-03-12, version 1.12* Die Nutzloseste App, die ich je in meinem Leben auf dem Smartphone hatte! Ich kann zwar mit dem Helm Radio hören und telefonieren, aber die App koppelt sich nicht! Es kann keine einzige Funktion geöffnet werden. Die Kapsel am Helm möchte aber ein Update, sonst kann ich mich mit keinem anderen Helm verbinden (oft versucht). Für 480€ kann man eigentlich eine funktionierende App erwarten . Die Protos YouTube Videos sind leider ebenfalls wenig hilfreich und äußerst unprofessionell! Der Helm selbst und auch der Gehörschutz sind allerdings Klasse! ### 1/5 — Sehr leise *2024-01-29, version 1.11* Seit letztem Update 1.11 Lautstärke viel zu gering. Dringend nachbessern! ### 1/5 — Funktion der App *2023-05-06, version 1.10* Leider ist es so wie in den anderen Bemerkungen schon beschrieben immer noch eine Katastrophe mit der App . Also wer ein Update machen will sollte schon mal mehrere Tage einplanen. Immer wieder kommt es dazu, dass keine Verbindung zu Server aufgebaut werden kann . Leider kümmert sich auch keiner um das Problem. ### 1/5 — Eine einzige Katastrophe. *2020-12-15, version 1.8* Die App ist immer noch eine einzige Katastrophe. Die BT-COM funktionieren eigentlich sehr gut aber eine App die zum Aktualisieren der Firmware dient und um Einstellungen vorzunehmen sollte funktionieren. Nachdem es ein Glücksspiel ist die Kapseln überhaupt mit der App zu verbinden sagt die App Verbindung zum Server fehlgeschlagen obwohl man eine gute Verbindung zum Internet hat. Die App scheint noch nicht richtig zu funktionieren, da diese mein COM System nicht erkennt. 🤔?
