1) I have been a subscriber for years, not simple to find how to discontinue the subscription. 
 2) Rarely have I experienced a trouble viewing of the Sunday paper
3) Never have my complaints being answer or even looked at.

The people who have developed this app, have somewhat missed the point of downloading a subscription newspaper on ipad, hence making it stress free and not caring about. This greek newspaper, on many instances either won't download properly, or the app won't recognize the paid subscription, but best of all, once you get to download the issue, it will crash. Do yourself a favour and get the issue from the original site prothema.gr 
This app is totally rubish! ( one star on ratings cuz there is no zero stars)

Το πρώτο τεύχος κατέβηκε μια χαρά. Στο δεύτερο άρχισαν τα προβλήματα με ένα από τα ένθετα να μην κατεβαίνει για κάποιο λόγο. Σήμερα αγορασα το τρίτο και δεν κατεβαίνει καθόλου. Τι συμβαίνει ;

Χανασκεφτειτε το μοντελο, με δωρεαν τευχη και εσοδα απο διαφημισεις! Εν ετει 2011, απορω πως εγινε δεκτο αυτο το application απο την apple!!!

The articles are good but the app is not user friendly. You can not zoom in or zoom out, you can not move the page. Other Greek newspapers on ipad app like To Vima are much more user friendly when it comes to reading the articles. It is a pitty because Proto Thema actually has better articles than to Vima.

Μέτρια εφαρμογή που δεν λειτουργεί απροβλημάτιστα. Κάθε Σαββατοκύριακο αναρωτιέσαι εάν θα "κατεβεί" η εφημερίδα. Συνήθως κατεβαίνει βέβαια, αλλά όχι πάντα.
Περιλαμβάνει ένα μάλλον δύσχρηστο μενού μηνών και ετών τους οποίους πρέπει να επιλέξεις για να δεις τις εφημερίδες. Επίσης λείπουν στοιχεία επικοινωνίας με τους διαχειριστές. Τέλος, στις κεντρικές σελίδες, στο themaleaks, το άρθρο δεν μεγεθύνεται, οπότε οι μεγαλύτεροι σε ηλικία δυσκολεύονται να διαβάσουν.
Επιδέχεται βελτίωσης.

Επιτέλους! Μετα τα 2 δολλαρια και τα 0.99 / τεύχος, ξανάσκέφτηκαν την τιμή! Το $31/χρόνο είναι πολυ καλη προσφορά! Καλη προσπάθεια απο την πρώτη ελληνική εφημερίδα με iPad edition.
