## What is Proud Man Plan?

For men in their 50s who've drifted.

You've worked, raised the kids, done the sensible things. Somewhere in all that, the stuff that used to light you up went quiet. Proud Man Plan helps you pick one mission the boy you were would actually care about, and finish it one small step a week.

HOW IT WORKS

Pick a mission. A short coach conversation helps you land on the one thing your 12-year-old self would have been excited about, with a finish line you can actually see.

Commit to one step. Not a plan, just a single small action with a day attached. Small enough that you'll definitely do it.

Check in honestly. Did it or didn't, both count. A missed week gets a smaller step, not a lecture.

Write to the boy. Every step you finish earns a short letter, from you now to you at twelve. Week by week that becomes a record he'd be proud of. Finish a whole mission and he writes back.

A COACH, NOT A CHEERLEADER

There's an AI coach throughout, but it asks one good question at a time, remembers what tends to stop you, and never tells you you're crushing it. No streaks that reset. No guilt notifications. One active mission and one active step, ever. You're never building another task list.
