### 5/5 — Does the best job!

*2024-06-11*

I wanted to track and understand my urination frequency as I felt it was too much. Also, I wanted to have real data of mine to share with my urologist. This app helped me to do the job as best as it could. Nonetheless, I have some suggestions for improvement. It would be great if there is a way to see how bad or good my flow is compared to the healthy people. It will allow me to picture where I stand. Also, it could be much easier if this app can provide the interval between my bathroom trips. Without that sort of feature, I have to eyeball how soon or how long it takes to go for another recording. Lastly, I’d like to share this results with my doctor, and to do that I have to capture the individual screen. Would be much appreciated if there’s export to pdf/excel or a report to my doctor kind of feature.
Overall, I like this app and it is a great app. I do highly recommend trying this app to people having concerns on prostate health.

### 5/5 — Superb!

*2024-05-28*

I like everything about this app, get to know my own voiding patterns, and plan wisely based on the data I can capture with this app. However, the countdown took quite longer than I thought. Would be great if you can do something about it.

### 5/5 — Awesome!

*2024-05-09*

I recently found the video list in the applicaiton by chance and I love those. It helped me to understand a lot more about BPH and related treatments. Thanks!

### 5/5 — More than alternative! This should be at my doctor’s office

*2024-05-08*

I had to do uroflow test at my doctor’s office but the machine was out of order. They could have saved all my multiple trips to the doctor’s with this.

### 5/5 — Very interesting

*2024-04-30, version 3.7.2*

It’s quite a new kind of app and it’s very interesting. Wish there were more medication related informations.

### 5/5 — Fascianting

*2024-04-26*

I‘ve been using this app for over 3 months, and I thought I would get frustrated recording my bathroom trips every time knowing that it could be a hassle carrying my phone.. but i found myself having my phone everywhere at all times. It is s helpful to see my recordings changing over time. The only downside is that there is no option to export my recordings.

### 5/5 — It made my life easier

*2024-04-25*

I have been seeing urologist for more than 30 years. If you’re asking for a five star review, I would give TEN. There's a lot to discover with the numbers from proudp that I couldn't get enough from all that tests I had at the doctors office.

### 4/5 — Almost perfect

*2024-04-23, version 3.7.1*

Reason for giving 4 star instead of 5 is that I would prefer Apple Watch version. Please make proudp Apple Watch app.

### 5/5 — So far so good

*2024-04-23, version 3.7.1*

I’ve been with this app for a month now and I’m really getting a lot of information from it

### 5/5 — Great app, gonna suggest some things

*2024-04-19*

Good thing is that it gives you a choice if you want premium or not. Now I am with this app at all times. Could be better if there’s an option to print the results or export them.

### 5/5 — Amazing app, use it every night and day!

*2024-04-19, version 3.7.1*

I stumbled upon an article saying men over 50 are prone to have prostate issue, found this app it's so helpful.

### 5/5 — Dear proudP

*2024-04-18*

I am 51 year old male who has struggled with bph, probably since ten years ago. Your app was AWESOME that I could find the right treatment for me after showing the results to my urologist. Thank you so much for making this app available.

### 5/5 — My doctor recommended

*2024-04-17*

I have a urologist that I have been seeing and he told me to use this so that he could get some medical numbers to track my health.

The idea of recording pee sound is funny, but my doctor takes it seriously.
Surprised what technology can do nowadays.

### 5/5 — Very best app

*2024-04-12, version 3.7.0*

I have never, ever written any kind of review before. But this app is a game changer, so I had to this time! If anyone has any concerns on frequent trip to the bathroom, especially at night, this is the very best app!

### 5/5 — Great!!!

*2024-04-12*

It’s so worth paying for this app!

### 5/5 — Awesome!

*2024-04-12*

I had a hard time searching for a voiding diary, and this is more than I expected!

### 5/5 — If you are ever curious!!!!

*2024-01-13*

I really loved the design and frankly the insights!!! Just to know how much you are processing fluid per day was informative. It helped me increase my intake of water per day in an effort to balance out and that is a good thing!!!

Frankly the diary was pretty good and just keeping track of when and how much… etc is informative!! I strongly recommend it to anyone who is curious and conscious about their health.

Thanks all for your efforts and creative solution.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Take advantage of people in times of need with their health

*2023-07-03, version 3.1.7*

Misleading scam. Tells you to practice recording and then won't show your result until you sign up for one of their $60-120 per year plans. Let me just say, I am SO glad I wasted one of my crucial urine readings peeing into a toilet per your app's recording requirements instead of my handheld urinal, only to be told AFTER wasting my pee that I couldn't see anything of the result........ There's a special place for people who take manipulate people in times of health issues with misleading UX.

### 1/5 — Ridiculous

*2023-06-22, version 3.1.6*

Have to stand and video you peeing because a scheduler was not smart enough to know the Doctor wanted a actual flow test.

### 1/5 — iPhone 8 problems

*2022-04-11, version 1.2.0*

App crashes once I set up an account on my iPhone 8. Please fix. Renders app unusable

### 1/5 — Only for men

*2022-03-15, version 1.1.5*

This should be clarified before I even try to download the app. Disappointed.

### 1/5 — It doesn’t work

*2022-01-11, version 1.1.4*

Been using on my iPhone. It only works half the time. It seems to shut off if there is a long pause when peeing. Great idea, but have to throw out half of datapoints as far as I can tell

### 1/5 — Pretty Useless

*2020-12-16, version 1.0.13*

I get results maybe one time in ten and it is nowhere near accurate. It shows a rate about 3 times more than was measured at the doctor's office

### 2/5 — $20

*2025-11-25, version 3.11.2*

I tried it once, was told my bladder had not been full enough to get a proper reading, and I can’t try it again until I buy the $20 subscription. The app developer needs to adjust their approach to freemium, a single attempt is not enough to decide whether the app is worth that much. I don’t know if it provides amazing reports or just repeats I need a more full bladder.

### 2/5 — Voided volumes too high

*2024-03-10*

I have measured my void volumes using a container and I rarely void more than 300ml. Proud P shows my volumes in the 320ml to 400 ml range consistently. I don’t think this is correct and consequently I feel my flow rate may be overly optimistic. Is there a solution? I have tried to different iPhones and get the same results. Update - I used proudp in a different bathroom in my house. Instead of getting a max flow rate of around 20 which all the other readings had been, I got 14ml/s max flow. Volume seemed low too. I am starting to wonder if this app is a random number generator. How can it compensate without calibration to different toilet shapes, different amounts of water in the bowl, and different acoustics in the room? I also tried pouring a known amount of water into the toilet while using proudp and the voided volume is way off.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for taking your time to leave us the note. proudP is built with rigorous R&D to be universally compatible in the majority of home bathroom settings to provide the best accurate results. It would be much appreciated if you can contact us at support@soundable.health so that we can see if there’s anything we can better understand and help you.

### 3/5 — Measuring

*2025-08-23, version 3.10.20*

This is really a great app. Amazing technology. My only thing is that it assumes you have a prostate. I do not. But the measurements want to give me advice about prostate issues

### 3/5 — iPhone 12 not supported / other issues

*2021-03-07*

Initially after installing the app, I got multiple pop ups while attempting to use the app telling me my iPhone 12 was not a compatible / supported device and my results might not be accurate . I could click through that and still measure/ record. Eventually that pop up went away but a problem I still have is that the app almost always fails to record / measure the first void of the day; it always delivers the “oops, something went wrong message”.

**Developer response:** Great news! proudP is now available on iPhone 12 and upto iPhone 14 plus! Hope you found the updates!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — This app saved me and my family.

*2026-08-21*

My dad has been hiding his issue for a long time and it wasn’t pretty having conversation with him about it. I love him being strong and always caring my big family. But this app was a tipping point for him to start seeking the right help. I installed the app on my phone and offered him to give it a try. I highly recommend you to use this to start the most difficult conversation.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the positive feedback!
We're happy to know you're enjoying the experience.
Stay tuned for more updates!

### 5/5 — This is the one

*2026-07-03*

Lately, things haven’t been quite like they used to be when I go to the bathroom, which had me feeling a bit uneasy. I tracked it with this app, and it really put my mind at ease. Good to know it’s still going strong! Feeling much better now. If you’ve been noticing similar changes, I’d highly recommend giving it a try.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the wonderful review. We are so pleased that the app was able to provide clear insights and ease your worries. Your high recommendation to others facing similar changes is deeply appreciated. We remain committed to providing a reliable experience to help you track your health consistently.

### 5/5 — Love the history, but wish I could compare results

*2026-06-30*

It’s really convenient to look back at past results in the diary tab. That said, it would be even better if we could compare multiple results at once. Is this feature coming anytime soon?

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the feature to compare multiple results, we need to carefully evaluate how to implement it effectively within the limited mobile screen space. We will review this internally to find the best approach. Thank you for helping us improve.

### 5/5 — Cool app!

*2026-04-24, version 3.11.11*

Better than expected!!!

### 5/5 — An easy-to-use healthcare app

*2026-02-02, version 3.11.5*

You can easily check your condition at home. Very helpful.

### 5/5 — Do some advertisement ProudP!

*2024-07-26*

I had to travel all the way to down to Dallas to have a surgery. I had to revisit for the check up, but couldn’t. I have to bring home the bacon. That’s when my urologist suggested this app, and it saved me from all the hassle. I had multiple visits to urologists to do the uroflow before, so many times!! You guys have to let everybody know about this.

### 5/5 — This is a very useful app!

*2024-07-26*

I wasn’t sure how much value I could get from this app, but it’s definitely worth paying for the subscription. I enjoyed using this app because as a person who worries often about my health with family history, this tool allowed me to take time to look at myself, I mean my symptoms, in a clear point of view with numbers. One last thing, I wanted to add is about “add data”. Although the recording feature to get the number on my stream is pretty intuitive to do, obviously big start button in the middle, add data feature is confusing. I didn’t even notice it’s something that you can press and do logging my fluid intake. Automatic conversion between oz and ml was helpful.

### 5/5 — Gives the number, amazing and innovative app

*2024-06-28*

I NEVER write reviews for apps but I am fully using this one so much I had to encourage others hiding out there. I used to struggle with urinary symptoms mostly due to frequent visits to the bathroom at night. I thought it was my football night beers or too much coffee that day in the morning, but no matter how I limited my drinks throughout days and weeks it kept worsening. After some google research, I had to admit that I might have prostate problem and found this app. The idea of recording sound in the bathroom sounded weird, I blocked my camera just in case, but that’s how it is. Simply record the sound and you get numbers and graphs. And having many of these records gave me a full picture of myself. It couldn’t be easier than this for me to talk to my doctor about what and how I’ve been suffering so far.. thanks to this app! Do not walk away if you ever had a moment questioning your prostate health. Highly recommend trying this app. Thank you

### 5/5 — Really easy!

*2024-06-20*

I’m pretty goddam old but this app is really easy to navigate through. There are some apps out there that are just so difficult to work with whoever designed this, KUDOS to you. And more importantly, helping me stay healthy!

### 5/5 — Daily tracking

*2024-06-19*

As for someone with prostate issue for a long time, finding an app that can track daily has has been a godsend. I can’t emphasize enough how much your app has improved my quality of life.
