### 1/5 — The pay isn’t good like before

They hardly give you any good trips, the person in charge with making the routes isn’t doing a good job at it. If you complain about a single thing your daily pay rate starts to drop. The dispatchers from the LA area that control the central part of California are the reason why this company isn’t the same as it was back in 2020-2022.
