## What is Prove It?

Prove It is an app blocker for people who keep opening distracting apps on autopilot. Choose apps to block, set your break durations, and unlock distracting apps only after you complete a random photo challenge.

Normal screen time limits are easy to ignore. Prove It adds real friction between you and doomscrolling by making you pause, move, and prove you are ready before going back in.

Subscription Required: A paid subscription is required to use app blocking, photo unlock challenges, and the app’s core functionality. These features are not included for free.

How it works:
