## What is PROVE IT?

You said you'd read more. You said you'd stretch. You said you'd take the
supplements.

Prove it.

Prove It is a habit tracker built around a single screen. Your habits fill
the entire display as blocks of color. Tap one, it lights up. That's the app.

No cards. No icons. No dashboards. No charts you will never open. No streak
counter engineered to make you feel bad on day four. Just today, in front of
you, in color.


HOW IT WORKS

Pick what you want to track the first time you open it. Up to ten things.
Every day, tap what you did. The screen fills with color as the day goes on.

Some things are yes or no. Some things are a matter of degree, so you can rate
them one to five and the block fills partway.

The layout adapts to how many habits you have. Three habits look enormous.
Ten still fit on one screen. There is nothing to scroll.


TWO REMINDERS, AND ONLY TWO

One in the morning to set the day. One at night, and only if you still have
something left. Finish everything and it stays quiet.

Both are optional and you choose the times.


YOUR DATA NEVER LEAVES YOUR PHONE

No account. No login. No sync. No server. Nothing to sign up for and nothing
to cancel.


WHY IT LOOKS LIKE THIS

This app exists because a sheet of paper taped to a wall beat every habit app
its creator ever installed. The paper won for two reasons: it was always
visible, and marking it took two seconds. That is the entire bar this app is
trying to clear.
