Most of the expressions are fixed expressions, and the word order always stays the same. Please tell us which expressions you are referring to, and we’ll be happy to explain. There are several phrases which can only be solved by trial-and-error, because they make absolutely no sense. This can be incredibly frustrating, since they spoil a run of 70 or 80 correct answers by being impossible to solve and then you’ve lost your score. It’s just baffling that this required you to work out these phrases, but then you’re suddenly confronted with complete nonsense. Devs need to check that the phrases actually exist, and make sense, before including them in apps like this. **Developer response:** Thanks for playing and for your interest. The game is a word puzzle game to learn by unscrambling the sayings and proverbs. I assure you we have reviewed and are continually revising the contents of our games. We are so glad you are learning new sayings with the game. We learned a new saying or two in the process as well. What fun would it be if we all already knew all of them? ### 2/5 — Too easy and questionable explanations *2018-06-07* Even the "Professional" level is very easy, and the grammar is atrocious. Commas are not the way to separate clauses; semi-colons are in order. The explanations of the sayings are more opinion than accurate sayings. **Developer response:** Thanks a bunch for playing and for your feedback. Had forgotten so many of the sayings and learnt a lot of new ones. Well done. UPDATE: purchased this app. Totally addicted. Well worth the money. Great service from the help line. So I ran the “restore purchases” command and now the highest level is paid for, so to speak. This app is a fun way to learn with the difficulty increasing with each level. My son likes to compete against me for time.
