Plus the app appears to have zero way of editing your address once the app is set up (so what happens if you move???). I literally cannot even schedule my very first insurance ride. I scheduled a ride and it was denied and my return ride is super late I’ve been waiting for hours it’s currently 12:21 pm on Friday 05/23/2025 and I’ve been ready since 10:30am. I arrived at early as well at 9:20am my appointment wasn’t until 10am. Complete mess and waste of time.
