Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still isn’t working. ### 1/5 — doesn’t work *2024-12-02, version 1.19.0* the app doesn’t let you create an account or let you log in ### 1/5 — Stopped working all of a sudden *2024-11-26, version 1.19.0* Never have I’ve been logged out of an app before. This happened two days ago. Says my password is wrong. I wrote my password down so I know it is right. Tried to reset my password but I never got an email for the reset code. There is no technical support for this app. Provide a ride says wait until 2025 Seriouslyyy!!!!!! ### 1/5 — Does not work *2024-11-05, version 1.19.0* I am personally on Medicare however the kids are on Medicaid. When I try to use their members if it never works. ### 1/5 — Update *2024-10-21, version 1.19.0* So I get on the app to remind my hubby of today’s transportation times and it was blocked out with a notice of the app being outdated and I needed to update it. Problem is, I hit to update and it takes me here with nothing and nowhere to update it. Not the first time I’ve had issues with provide a ride. My hubby had an important medical appointment and the ride we scheduled through them never showed. So I went to them through messenger and told them and while I said a few things, nothing threatening just frustrated because he needed to get to that appointment, I not only didn’t get a message back from them but I got BLOCKED from going through messenger to them! Now it wants you to do an update that takes you to the App Store, that tells you to open the app & it continues to go back & forth. All it says is “oops” every time I put my member ID in. If I can’t connect my benefits I can’t make an account. Trash app. I know my member ID bc it’s on my insurance card and I even called my insurance to ask and make sure I have the correct number. Just rolling out to random transport vehicles like a Tute! Are you my driver? I checked it in the settings aaaand...there's no space between the road and the city (ROAD NAME SW,CITY NAME). Plus the app appears to have zero way of editing your address once the app is set up (so what happens if you move???). I literally cannot even schedule my very first insurance ride. I scheduled a ride and it was denied and my return ride is super late I’ve been waiting for hours it’s currently 12:21 pm on Friday 05/23/2025 and I’ve been ready since 10:30am. I arrived at early as well at 9:20am my appointment wasn’t until 10am. Complete mess and waste of time. Scheduled an arrival for 12pm, my driver came at 10:40am or so...way too early. They usually come at 11am. Got there at 11:10am. I also didn’t receive a text/email/etc on who the driver was or what they drove, so I basically just took a risk. That was fun.
