This is a terrible app. If I didn’t work for Providence, I would have already switched. Constant bugs that have been around for years! I am convinced this app isn’t maintained anymore. And if it is, whoever is paying the dev team really needs to review the work they’re doing (or not doing).

Had to change my login and password over 10 times just to log Into my account. Some days I am able to log in with no problem and other days it says “invalid credentials” or “user not found”. Very frustrating. When calling the institute they are just as lost as I am about the service. Very disappointing.

This is perfectly adequate. It has mobile deposit has QuickView balance he can transfer between accounts but it’s very simplified. Also this version of the app seems to be glitching because the face ID has suddenly stopped working and I even deleted and re-downloaded and there must be an error with the app.
