Half the menu options don’t even work. Trying to upload medical documents and fill out surveys makes no sense - why aren’t my records from the hospital in here already? Why does the survey totally disappear? The navigation and IA of the app is scattered and all over the place. You can start random video calls accidentally and not even know you’re on one. There’s a bladder monitor in the top nav? For some reason??
