This app is ugly and difficult to work with (like Provident).

This app is atrocious. Spent many hours with tech support in India and they could not figure out the problem. 

I input my company id and user id. I get get a “please wait” flash for a half second on my screen and it goes nowhere. Works fine on my iPad pro  but who the hell wants to carry an IPad to check banking. Tech support closed my ticket and said to use my IPad.

Can’t wait to close my account with this mediocre tech support.

Once again Provident Bank has failed when it comes to online banking.  I’m done with this bank… Actively searching for another one.  I can’t deal with the lack of response, lack of constancy, and lack of knowledge.

Like everything else this bank has online is awful and completely useless.

This app is very buggy and crashes all the time. It appears to be a third party app (many other banks and credit unions use the exact same app). It is just that the app is branded according to the bank that uses it. This app needs a complete overhaul. Better still, scrap this app and use a different one.

The application simply kicked me out with a message that either my id or password was incorrect. The firs problem is that my id was stored and, supposedly, protected by Face ID. The second problem was that I never got to the prompt for password. The next problem is that it is Saturday afternoon and the ENTIRE bank is closed. So if you’re trying to contact them to straighten this up - no luck. You would need to take your time at work in order to clean up their mess. Isn’t it just wonderful?!

It’s 2025 you should be able to use biometrics to login to your business account. Needs 3 sets of credentials that are long and weird numbers to remember to login. Also not up to par with the User Interface compared to other bigger banks.

The bank sux. I have to have 2 apps. One business. One personal. Can’t transfer from one account to another. Have to sign in separately. No check number search business account. Business account shows one month of transactions and you have to modify your search just to go back more than a month. Since provident took over both apps suck. Functionally is ridiculous. Instead of going forward they are going back

Just downloaded to deposit checks, works just the same as personal accounts. Read other review about problems but I used same log in info as regular online banking and worked fine. Saves me a trip to the bank to deposit.
