I would never use it again. It was a waste of money. **Developer response:** We’re sorry the results didn’t meet your expectations. Please email your unsatisfactory results to provideovlog.support@chenjewel.com. We’ll prioritize improving them and refund the credits used as compensation. Thank you for helping us improve ProVideo! ### 1/5 — Not Good *2026-10-03* And finally, I paid £9, but the video is not exactly the same as the photo I uploaded. It was just a waste of money. After you subscribe, you still have to pay extra for the video. Such a scam **Developer response:** We sincerely apologize for any confusion caused. While an active subscription grants access to "Pro" features, AI video generation still requires the use of credits. Depending on the selected model and generation type, certain tasks may require additional credits. We acknowledge that this was not clearly explained previously. We also apologize if the generated video did not closely match your uploaded photo. Please provide the following details via the feed located in the top-left corner of the home page: your Profile ID, the original photo, the generated video (or a screenshot), and the template or model used. We will review the results and refund the credits to you. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-10-02* There is none of this Netflix documentary stuff that they advertise. It’s an absolute scam and some of them don’t even work **Developer response:** Hi, we’re sorry for the confusion and frustration. The documentary-style content shown in our ads is available in the **New** category under **Interview** templates, as well as in the **Live on Air 🎥** category. These templates are designed to create the documentary/interview-style videos featured in our advertising. We’re also sorry that some templates didn’t work properly for you. We’re continuously improving their stability and quality. If you share the template name or a screenshot of the issue, we’d be happy to look into it for you. ### 2/5 — Worst AI app yet *2026-09-26* We downloaded 10 of these apps and this is the worst. Not realistic and doesn’t stay consistent through the end of the video. **Developer response:** We’re sorry that ProVideo didn’t meet your expectations. We understand your concerns about realism and consistency throughout the video. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we’ll continue improving our AI models and generation quality. Thank you for giving ProVideo a try. ### 1/5 — Vidéo error *2026-09-25* Please try again **Developer response:** We’re sorry for the inconvenience.
