## What is ProviderSoft?

ProviderSoft’s mobile app provides Users with the ability to:

* Work offline: work offline and access your data. Never worry about internet connectivity and losing your work again!

* View case details: the app includes contact information and demographics for your cases. Look up a child’s information directly in the app. Review your case load and contact information for caregivers and service coordinators.

* Create and submit session notes: capture and view session notes on the go! Session notes will pre-populate with case information so you don’t have to manually type over and over again.

ProviderSoft’s mobile app is HIPAA compliant, and available for purchase by all ProviderSoft Clients. Contact your Agency Administrator for more information once you have downloaded the app.

(1) App and Website not synchronized; (2) Lose data often and have to redo; (3) Lots of intermittent problems; (4) Unusable on iPad - often 3/4 of the session note screen is not visible and it requires exiting and reentering the app several times; (5) Unpredictably times out and work is lost; (6) When problems are brought to support team, they are not fixed.  Instead, unreasonable work-arounds are provided. (7) spent 2 years typing sideways on iPad because screen would not rotate - that was somewhat fixed.  Still have to rotate iPad to complete intermittently.

It’s so quirky and never is updated to prevent failed submissions for simple errors that should be caught before syncing-at times I dread opening this app-a Jeckle and Hyde app

I wish that the drafts synced across the web application and the phone application. I fill out my session notes and save them as drafts on my web and want to confirm and capture a signature on the app, but they’re not syncing.

Our agency recently started using this app for services, and overall, it has been helpful in streamlining processes and improving efficiency. However, I noticed that the app does not support screen rotation. Even when the portrait orientation is unlocked, the screen remains fixed, which can be inconvenient at times, especially for users working with devices that support landscape mode. I would greatly appreciate an update to include screen rotation functionality. This feature would enhance usability and make the app more adaptable for different device setups.

Great idea of having an app for therapist however it won’t let me log in. I must say it works great on a laptop.   This app needs a lot of improvements.  Asking the am organization ID which I don’t need when I log in elsewhere.

I am a service coordinator and I can’t use the app. I can’t even log in. They keep me asking what is the Organization ID , my log in and password, and it gives me error. As soon as I go on Google.com everything works out.

This app is not usable on an iPad.  The screen does NOT rotate to landscape making it unusable if you use an external keyboard.
