## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2025-11-17, version 2.4.4*

Terrible chargers they
Overcharge agm batteries and won’t admit it and continue to sell them

### 1/5 — Not accurate

*2024-07-17, version 2.0.8*

Lots of bugs

### 1/5 — Worst App Ever

*2024-06-06*

Nothing about this app works. Even with the new software it still shows a SOC of 26% and 6% after being on the charger for a week. Trying to setup an account on the app is ridiculous. You can’t see anything you type when entering data. Don’t waste your time and money with this charger.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2024-05-22, version 2.0.5*

Does not work
To many bugs

### 1/5 — Cannot see status of batteries

*2024-04-26*

Does not show the charging status of each battery in a 36v set up.

### 1/5 — Junk

*2023-09-14*

Absolute junk, never works, won’t connect. Don’t waste your time. The company is no help.

### 1/5 — The App is the most unfriendly user app that I have ever used and I use many in my business?

*2023-04-10*

Sign up for Proview cloud… it asks for license ?
What License ?
My fishing license?
My Marriage License?

No explanation of what this means or where to find it?

### 2/5 — WAS good

*2026-05-02*

The most recent update seems to have messed things up. Readings are incorrect. Brand new fully charged battery shows 77%. The sad part is that I have not completely round 2” hole in my boat that I have to cover once the gauge is removed.

### 2/5 — App needs work

*2024-05-13*

The new update still doesn’t fix an app full of flaws.
If you run 3 batteries for a trolling motor you only see the voltage as a group not each battery.

Connection flaws exist

### 2/5 — Dated

*2022-09-28*

App is clunky. Time stamps on charging history are incorrect, text me relapse with graphics, making it hard to read.

## Most praised reviews (3 highest-rated)

### 4/5 — Interesting Concept

*2020-10-24*

While this is as much about the product as it is about the app, I believe both are needed in order to fully appreciate how they work together. I come from a generation that is hesitant to start pushing buttons or clicking on icons that are not labeled. That is the only reason this app only gets 4 stars.

How the B.O.S. works in conjunction with this app is amazing! I am not going to get into how this unit boosts the voltage (above what is available in the battery pack that is not being charged) and transfers energy from the stronger battery to the lower battery. Let’s just say that it is VERY effective!

It is really nice to see in live time how the batteries are charging, if they are equal, and if there is a weaker battery in the group. This product should help overall battery pack life by keeping the batteries even. This process should raise the depth of discharge for the weaker battery ultimately adding extra charge/discharge cycles and longer life.

I don’t work for Dual Pro. I am just an avid angler who likes to spend as much time on the water as possible. That means both number of days and the number of hours each day. The B.O.S. along with the app help to make that possible.

### 3/5 — Pro

*2026-06-21*

Needs more strength for distance

### 3/5 — Restarts required

*2022-01-06*

All seems like it Boggs down some, but restarting the app takes care of that.
Could just be my equipment.
