Hence we request to update the address. Last couple of days it has been problem in updating the address, even after request was made to customer care. On 15th July I received order as per Mumbai address as requested. But on 16th , milk was delivered at Thane address, though there was no request to update the address. I then checked that address for 16th delivery was not updated even after receiving message that problem is resolved. Hence I feel your app has serious issue. ### 2/5 — Payment failure issue not resolved with new update *2025-03-31, version 2.0.64* Always a issue with this app. Never able to do recharge for this app in single go. Always shows transaction failed even though amount is debited to account and balance never gets updated in the app. Always need to lodge complaint in app to get my balance credited. The app makes it superb to manage subscriptions and payments. The customer service is great and responsive. The products are top quality. The only subscription service that supplies Lactose Free milk as doorstep delivery. I like paneer and protein milk in taste however protein milk is too much expensive for 250ml so I just tried once. However, delivery before 8 a.m. in NCR with Provilac is seriously a challenge. One day, a delivery arrived at 5:30 a.m., which felt like a nightmare. I am looking forward to the day when Provilac improves its supply chain and allows customers to receive their milk later in the day, preferably after 11 p.m. This change would be greatly appreciated, as the delivery personnel sometimes get upset if we’re unable to accept the delivery early in the morning. I’ve called multiple times but got no response. When someone finally called me back, she said she’d help resolve my issue but never followed up. I tried calling the same number several times afterward again, no answer. Can you imagine not getting milk delivered to my doorstep and then having no way to reach your support team? I might as well just call my local milkman instead at least he’d pick up the phone and place a new order I paid ₹99 just to test your service, well, this was like watching a bad trailer. I have no interest in seeing the full movie. To make matters worse, your app doesn’t even show my recent order. How can you run a business like this? I did raise a ticket, but only got a response after five days. When i moved abroad i uninstalled the app. When i came back i decided to use the app again as i was constantly spammed in my mail by provilac that i had some funds in my wallet. I added more funds and placed an order. I was shocked that the order was not delivered and the reason was “delivery guy stays far and cannot deliver” just for your reference my location is hardly 10-12 minutes from the delivery guys location. Such good app but such pathetic service! ### 1/5 — Milk Fraud *2023-09-26, version 2.0.33* Delivery people take photo of delivery and then take the milk bottle with them. This is next level fraud. When called the call center they behaved like the customer is lying. I showed them the CCTV footage to get their brain and language straight, then they came to their senses and acted otherwise it was that the customer is lying for 100 Rs. bottle who is delivered against not delivered. They are just charging for milk when it was not delivered in the first place. ### 1/5 — Another Business Oriented and Hopeless franchise!! *2023-09-18* This is another Business oriented and hopeless franchise as like Country Delight, Sids Farm, Aarogya, Akshayakalpa etc.. All these milk franchises are alike and they deliver 1st week before the specified time and after a week then they start their as usual business tactics and some times they use to tell due to product package leakage or shortage undelivered but in app it’s shows as delivered, until you contact the customer care you know the reason not got delivered and they ask you whether you want refund! This is not the way to run a business. Silly thing is that the CEO who started this business came from Newzeland (from the sources) to run this type of hope less company! I don’t recommend this franchise and it’s better to go for local vendors.
