Every now and then I run into glitches where I have to go to my sales manager to pick things back up, but that ends up being more work for him than me. My boss got mad at me for not uploading them today, but I can’t because every time I open the app it crashes! Everything is up to date on my phone. Please fix this before I get fired! ### 2/5 — Camera Limitations, No Fix in Sight *2025-07-29* I've been using the Provision app for several years and have consistently faced a major limitation: it only utilizes the main camera on my device. The ultrawide and telephoto lenses are not recognized at all, which leads to poor image quality when trying to capture detailed shots inside vehicles. Zooming in results in blurry photos, making it difficult to document buttons or intricate interior details accurately. Despite repeated calls to support over the years, this issue remains unresolved. A representative even acknowledged that it's a known limitation with no plans for a fix. Instead, they suggested switching to their other app, Snaplot, which does support all camera lenses — but at a steep cost of $400/month. That price point feels unreasonable just to access basic camera functionality that most other apps include by default. If you're considering Provision for automotive documentation and rely on multiple camera lenses for quality photos, be aware that this app may not meet your needs. It's disappointing to see such an essential feature overlooked without any signs of future improvement. ### 3/5 — Photo uploading *2025-07-23, version 4.26.0* This most recent update is horrible for uploading photos. Makes rearranging much more difficult and more glitchy. Rest of the app seems to be fine ### 2/5 — Scanner very glitchy *2025-02-18, version 4.19.0* The bar code scanner is incredibly glitchy for me. It freezes about 90% of the time before I’m able to scan the bar code, rendering the app basically useless. Deleting and re-installing the app hasn’t changed anything. I submitted this feedback to support via the app and got no response. If this gets fixed, then I will again appreciate the convenience the app brings. However with this problem, it has become nothing but frustratingly useless. ### 1/5 — Too many problems *2025-02-05, version 4.19.0* I use this app daily for work. It would also get a lot more stars if when viewing the photos - the other photos wouldn’t overlap with the one you’re trying to view fully. It would also be very nice if I could use the camera while on a phone call or listening to my YouTube podcast. Wishing and hoping for the best with the next update. ### 2/5 — Glitch central *2024-10-25* I have been using this app for over 6 months now. I started a new job and use this app daily for inventory photography. The updated web version was much needed, but the app needs a much needed update. Since I have had this app, there is a glitch when viewing the photos taken. The last photo is never able to be shown fully, and mixes with the second to last photo. It will say 19 out of 20 photos but never am I able to fully scroll over to see the last photo in full. It has always been like that and it is quite annoying. Also the quality of the photo is extremely lack on the website version of this app. It dulls the quality 100% - that is also annoying. Please fix this photo issue in the app, it is so annoying and inconvenient. **Developer response:** We really appreciate you reporting this issue! It has now been resolved with the latest version, please update at your earliest convenience. With regard to the image quality on web, please contact your PM, they should be able to provide some additional information. ### 1/5 — iPad *2024-10-10, version 4.16.0* 100% needs an update on the iPad camera situation. It does not work properly like it does on the iPhone. A lot of my photo team uses the iPad and it makes it a lot more difficult to upload photos. I have switched to taking photos with the 1.5x (35mm) lens on the native app and upload them each time. You need to fix this or give us the option to switch lenses/zoom ### 2/5 — Camera *2024-05-10, version 4.14.0* The Camera use to automatically zoom in when you got close to anything in the vehicle to take a picture. If you got close to the odometer and it was blurry, the camera adjusted in to clear the picture. Make sure you don’t have a lot of apps running in the background as it could be RAM related. Also I’ve noticed that sometimes switching between wifi and cellular data can help. **Developer response:** This was an issue with our Cox Auto login component that should be resolved at this point. Having everything from mobile would be a game changer. Edit: why is it now that when I take appraisal pictures from my phone, it mutes or pauses whatever music I am listening to?
