## What is Provostry Approvals?

Provostry Approvals is the mobile command companion for organizations that run on Provostry, the AI organization operating system.

The web dashboard is the control room. This app is where decisions find you: escalations from your organization arrive the moment they need a human — budget overruns, phase activations, high-risk changes — and you approve or reject them in one tap.

Every decision is recorded as an attributed entry in your organization's append-only, tamper-evident audit ledger. Sign-off with provenance an auditor can verify later.

• See every open escalation with severity, initiative, and full context
• Approve or reject with an optional rationale
• Decisions are cryptographically chained into your org's audit trail
• Sign in with a magic link; your session stays in the device Keychain
• Scoped by design: escalations out, decisions in — the app cannot browse the wider ledger or change budgets

Provostry Approvals requires a Provostry organization. Learn more at provostry.com.
