## What is Proxi?

ProxiPals turns the people already around you into people you can actually meet.

Open the app and see who nearby is also using ProxiPals — at the park, a coffee shop, a concert, a conference, or just walking your street. Tap to wave hello. If they wave back, you're connected, and you can chat privately or start a video call to say a proper hi.

You are always in control of being seen:
• Visible to everyone nearby, visible only to your connections, or completely invisible — switch anytime.
• Distances are shown as approximate ranges, never your exact spot, so no one can pin down where you are.
• Your ratings of people you meet stay private on your device — no one else ever sees them.
