## What is Proximity BLE Chat?

Proximity BLE chat lets users send and receive messages. It's a connectionless process thats uses Bluetooth advertisements to send messages like a broadcast, for nearby devices to receive. No account creation required, and no usernames. It's built like a public channel for conversations, so there is no message encryption and it should not be used for personal messaging. 

The notify feature allows users to send chat invite notifications to nearby users. It uses iBeacons for this functionality, which requires location access.
