Depuis plus de deux ans, et de manière récurrente l’APP Pickx « plante » Les opérateurs Proximus ont des difficulté à comprendre le problème et à le solutionner.Pourtant simple, à priori, communiqué par un technicien Proximus lui-même lors du 1er « plantage », il suffit d’effacer les appareils dans la liste des appareils connectés à l’APP. Cette solution a été utilisée à plus de dix reprises et a fonctionné. Il faut juste avoir la chance d’avoir un interlocuteur compétant 😅😜 ### 3/5 — Trop lourd trop de chaînes *2026-03-17, version 7.5.6* Bonjour l’application est très lente quand on passe d’une chaîne à l’autre ou que l’on démarre. Je n’utilise que qq pourcentage du nombre disponible. Pourquoi ne puis-je pas sélectionner seulement celles qui m’intéressent? Sinon je regarde bcp sur mon iPad/smart je trouve cela très bien merci.
