Je dois me reconnecter à chaque fois que j’ouvre l’app, malgré avoir coché la case « Rester connecté ». Et à chaque fois, je dois faire 5 à 7 CAPTCHA pour confirmer que je suis bien un humain !

proximus have a nasty habit of bloating out their app with unwanted, unnecessary “features” that confuse and distract. sadly, the core features remain buggy and slow.

What a piece of junk this app is !!!!
Proximus+ is hands down one of the worst apps I've ever used. It's a complete disaster from start to finish. The app freezes constantly, making it impossible to accomplish even the simplest tasks. It's as if the developers never bothered to test it before release.
The performance is abysmal. Every action is met with delays, and the app often becomes entirely unresponsive. This isn't just a minor inconvenience—it's a deal-breaker that makes the app completely useless.
Furthermore, the functionality is practically non-existent. The features are either broken or so poorly designed that they might as well not be there. Proximus+ fails to deliver on any of its promises and ends up being a total waste of time.
In summary, Proximus+ is a pathetic excuse for an app. It's plagued with freezing issues, offers no real value, and is utterly useless. Save yourself the frustration and avoid it at all costs.

Beschikbaarheid van de Proximus app
Ik gebruik mijn Proximus enkel in België/Europa. De app werkt niet mijn Belgisch gsm. Steeds weer “Oops er ging is fout”. Op mijn UAE gsm gaat het wel
Never works
The proximus app barely works, freezes, logs me out, tells me my password is wrong, and sometimes shows me results for my previous cellphone plan and not my current one. But I don’t know if that is the fault of the app or just proximus the company…
