Sometimes I can tap in. Sometimes I need to start the app the tap in. Sometimes it doesn’t work at all and I stare at the security guard and he lets me in anyways.  Complete opposite of secure. You’re better off with a key instead.

Love the app and it works well but I would love to see an Watch version. Our restrooms are outside the office and I hate taking my phone with me to the restroom every time I have to go so I can get back into the office. It would also be nice not to have to dig my phone out of my purse or pocket to get in!

A bit disappointed they require (or strongly ask for location always on). I don’t give any of my apps this permission and definitely don’t think a door lock company needs this data. If they are so worried about activating the app for office doors why not allow office hour times to be set and wake the app based on a clock (and require manual app openings on weekends/nights).
