ProxyVision is the app for technicians, loss adjusters, installers and maintenance crews who need to document a site visit and hand over a professional report in minutes. Checklists, photos, voice notes, video and PDF reports in one app, even with your hands busy. WHO IT'S FOR • Insurance surveyors and loss adjusters: damage assessments, statements of facts, photo evidence with date, time and GPS position. • Electricians and installers: electrical inspections, switchboards, commissioning, compliance checklists with photos. • Plumbers and HVAC/boiler engineers: boiler servicing, leak checks, documented call-outs. • Maintenance companies, facility management and field service: traceable jobs, per-client history, quality control. • Property managers and surveyors: site visits, condition reports, claims, works in progress. • Companies with field teams: the supervisor follows the job live without travelling. VIDEO RECORDING WITH PROOF OF INTEGRITY In solo inspections, audio-video recording starts automatically. The file stays on your phone (no cloud upload) and for each video the app computes a SHA-256 fingerprint with date, time, duration and GPS: all of it goes into the PDF report. "Verify integrity" proves the footage has not been altered: objective evidence in disputes, recourse claims or expert appraisals. You can also attach bodycam or action-cam footage. FILL THE CHECKLIST BY SPEAKING Tap the button, describe what you found and the assistant transcribes it, proposing ticks and notes on the right checklist item. You review and confirm. PHOTOS LINKED TO CHECKPOINTS Every photo has a caption (typed or dictated) and is linked to the item it refers to. CLIENT-READY PDF REPORT PDF with your logo and company details, checklist, notes, photos, hashed videos, signature. Inspection history, client records, reusable checklist templates, recurring inspections (weekly, monthly) with reminders. SUPERVISOR AND TECHNICIAN LIVE Live audio/video session: the supervisor sees what the technician sees, guides the job remotely and completes the checklist. Team invites, notifications, web app for PC. IN 4 LANGUAGES English, Italian, Spanish, French. SUBSCRIPTIONS The free plan keeps photos and data for 2 days (videos up to 5 minutes at 720p).
