Instead, over the years it has become the facilitator of poor quality and exploitation of the profession. Spending an hour or so to respond to a post for a chance to compete to translate a birth certificate for a few dollars, if you are lucky to get chosen- this just doesn’t make sense. The company is a failed attempt to replicate uber in respect to interpreters and translators. It downgrades the profession and undervalues the service we bring to community. In summary, the place is a rate dumping marketplace that has very little to do with the actual market.
