Mais la dernière fois que je me suis connecté: tout mes points avaient disparu sans avertissement…Je recommande malgré tout ensuite en décembre 2023, je ne reçois jamais la commande et après 1000 emails ils finissent par me rembourser en février 2024. C’est tout simplement injuste, irrespectueux et honteux de faire ça à un fidèle client. Nul, je ne commanderais plus JAMAIS sur Prozis et ferais tout mon possible pour que tout mes proches boycottent ce site.
