No one at O2Fitness knows anything about how to activate this app. Although the app mentions that a password will be sent to activate it, no trainer ever follows up with email message. I’ve been waiting one week and have received rude replies (“I don’t know anything about the app!”) to my request about activation. How about making an effort to find someone who can help? There’s a little more to advertising a new product than publicity- it’s called following through with the advertised service improvement.
