From the Home screen you'll be able to see an up-to-date valuation of your ISA, a breakdown of your holdings and your remaining ISA allowance in the current tax year. From here you'll also be able to access; Graphical view of your holdings View current and historic performance and valuations. Transactions View recent and historic transactions on your ISA. Documents View your documents, such as statements and contract notes. My details View the details we hold for you. Contact details View the details of your Financial Adviser, if you have one, and how to contact us if you need to. To use this app, you'll have to be an existing Prudential ISA investor and you must have completed registration for the Prudential ISA Online Services. If you’ve not yet registered for the Prudential ISA Online Services, you can do so by; - accessing the Register option from the login screen of the mobile app once you've downloaded it - ask your Financial Adviser to invite you to register If you don’t have a Prudential ISA, you will need to use the services of a Financial Adviser to set one up. The Mobile app allows you to view your ISA on the go. Our desktop site also allows you to view your Prudential ISA as well as carry out certain transactions yourself, such as adding money to or withdrawing money from your Prudential ISA. It appears to have been written to not work with iPhone password. ### 1/5 — Where is Face ID? *2025-01-29, version 2.0.3* When is this App going to enter the 21st century? Face ID still doesn’t work despite app being allowed access to Face ID in iPhone settings. I don’t see an option within the app to allow Face ID so obviously there’s nothing else to “switch on” to make this work. Hence tedious, manual login EVERYTIME: GET IT SORTED!!! ### 1/5 — App crashing *2024-11-23, version 2.0.0* App keeps crashing no way of logging in ### 1/5 — Rebrand gone badly wrong! *2024-11-08, version 2.0.0* Update 8th November 2024. Clearly nobody’s reading these reviews as no contact or action has taken place to rectify the problem. However, just in case somebody is reading the reviews, I can report that the document can be read by accessing my account via my laptop. So not all is lost but please sort out the app. 5th November 2024. Since the rebrand it’s been difficult to use, particularly login. But yesterday I was sent an email informing me that new documents were available to review. I logged in and found the new document but when I tried to open it I just get a blank page. I tried opening a previous document and the same result. This is very frustrating and annoying, why don’t you test these things before going live? Another 30 minutes of my life I won’t get back! I’ve been using the app for about a month and although it’s proved useful, login is problematic. When I first login it always fails to a message “unable to log you in at this time” or words to that effect! Closing the app and restarting then offers me a Face ID login which works and I’m successfully into the app. Next time I try to login it goes back to the password entry page and again it always fails to the massage, and I have to repeat the process as above. Review written on Jan 3rd 2022. ### 1/5 — Usability, Accessibility & Security Nightmare. *2024-11-02, version 2.0.0* Enforces tiny fonts that are a nightmare to read. Blocks paste into logon fields. Uses fields that don’t work with password managers. ### 1/5 — Useless *2024-10-11, version 2.0.0* New app since rebrand doesn’t remember passwords and even when entering manually exactly the same password which allows me to access my account on their website says that it’s wrong. No point in using this app. ### 1/5 — Needs improvement *2024-10-08, version 2.0.0* Please sort out the login. No fingerprint is. Doesn’t remember passwords. Very limited info once you’re into the app ### 2/5 — Not great *2024-10-03, version 2.0.0* They recently updated the app with all the new Waystone branding and it just crashes constantly when trying to log in.
