Logging-in is a nightmare. It appears to have been written to not work with iPhone password.

When is this App going to enter the 21st century? Face ID still doesn’t work despite app being allowed access to Face ID in iPhone settings. I don’t see an option within the app to allow Face ID so obviously there’s nothing else to “switch on” to make this work. Hence tedious, manual login EVERYTIME: GET IT SORTED!!!

Update 8th November 2024. Clearly nobody’s reading these reviews as no contact or action has taken place to rectify the problem. However, just in case somebody is reading the reviews, I can report that the document can be read by accessing my account via my laptop. So not all is lost but please sort out the app.

5th November 2024. Since the rebrand it’s been difficult to use, particularly login. But yesterday I was sent an email informing me that new documents were available to review. I logged in and found the new document but when I tried to open it I just get a blank page. I tried opening a previous document and the same result. This is very frustrating and annoying, why don’t you test these things before going live? Another 30 minutes of my life I won’t get back!

I’ve been using the app for about a month and although it’s proved useful, login is problematic. When I first login it always fails to a message “unable to log you in at this time” or words to that effect! Closing the app and restarting then offers me a Face ID login which works and I’m successfully into the app. Next time I try to login it goes back to the password entry page and again it always fails to the massage, and I have to repeat the process as above. Review written on Jan 3rd 2022.

Enforces tiny fonts that are a nightmare to read. Blocks paste into logon fields. Uses fields that don’t work with password managers.

New app since rebrand doesn’t remember passwords and even when entering manually exactly the same password which allows me to access my account on their website says that it’s wrong. No point in using this app.

They recently updated the app with all the new Waystone branding and it just crashes constantly when trying to log in. Before the update it was a fairly bad app with minimal functionality, only being able to view your total valuation and a couple other very minor things.
