Ever. Doesn’t connect to authorize connection. Web works fine. When I tried to log in, a verification code was sent to my email. Unable to type the code into app, my only option was to copy and paste it from the email. Once submitted, I was given an error message. Can’t even log in. Claims aren’t tracked between my benefits app and my benefits online. You’re essentially downloading an app that takes you online to your benefits.
