The potential for this app is amazing, needs an insane amount of work though!!! I was hoping the app would make the shopping experience easier but the app is basically unusable.
I just moved to Oklahoma from Florida, the Publix app is a superb example of how an app like this should be run :) best of luck, I hope to see improvements!!!

It was telling me I was too far away from TX location and then Ada. I’m in OKC and there is a new location for over a month it seems.

I thought this was going to be similar to the Walmart app, that I could just choose the groceries I want and pay using the App. Show up, and have the groceries already bagged and ready to go. This seems more like a grocery list, no photos of even simple items like milk and bread. I understand it’s a small store, but not really sure what the purpose of this app is.

The coupons need to include some clarification. For instance, today I wanted to use the butter coupon which says that you can use it twice. I got my two packages of butter and the rest of my grocery needs and headed to the register. I asked the cashier (who I believe is also a manager) if it meant that I could use the coupon in one transaction or if it had to be separated into two. He figured it would probably need to be two so that's what we did; separated my groceries and put one butter with each. Well, after the first transaction the coupon disappeared so I couldn't redeem the coupon the second time. Not a big deal, but a bit disappointing especially here at baking season.
