## What is PRUonline?

PRUonline là Ứng dụng chính thức, dành riêng cho khách hàng với nhiều tính năng và tiện ích hấp dẫn của Công ty BHNT Prudential Việt Nam.
Thông qua ứng dụng PRUonline, khách hàng sẽ:
+ Dễ dàng quản lý tình trạng hợp đồng Bảo hiểm Nhân thọ của mình mọi lúc, mọi nơi chỉ bằng những thao tác đơn giản
+ Thanh toán Phí Bảo hiểm trực tuyến bảo mật cho một hoặc nhiều hợp đồng cùng lúc nhanh chóng, bảo mật
+ Yêu thay đổi thông tin liên hệ dễ dàng cho một hoặc nhiều hợp đồng cùng lúc

Phiên bản cập nhật ngày 20/08/2018, ứng dụng PRUonline cho phép khách hàng đăng ký tham gia chương trình PRUrewards - đây là chương trình Chăm sóc Khách Hàng thân thiết đầu tiên của Prudential mà khách hàng được trao quyền chủ động chọn lựa quà tặng và ưu đãi, thông qua Cổng thông tin khách hàng PRUonline, trên cả website và ứng dụng điện thoại. 

Khách hàng đủ điều kiện tham gia chương trình PRUrewards sẽ được mời tham gia chương trình PRUrewards theo 3 hạng mức Hội viên thân thiết: Gold/ Vàng; Platinum/ Bạch Kim; Diamond/ Kim Cương (*)
- Dễ dàng đăng ký tại Cổng thông tin khách hàng PRUonline trên website và ứng dụng điện thoại
- Dễ dàng nhận điểm thưởng khi thanh toán phí bảo hiểm hay vào dịp sinh nhật
- Chủ động đổi điểm lấy quà tặng/ưu đãi đa dạng trong danh sách các đối tác uy tín của PRUrewards
