### 2/5 — Reset password not working

*2021-11-24, version 2.6.2*

Trying to reset my password but I never get the email???

### 2/5 — Aggressively okay

*2021-04-15, version 2.6.2*

It’s a very out of date app. The menu doesn’t fit the screen right (I’m on a iPhone 11 Pro iOS version 14.4.2). Bugs all over. 1 example is running Spotify in the background and checking what song is playing then returning to PRx auto starts timers which is incredibly annoying b/c it’s loud af on my speaker and interrupts the Spotify music then you have to back out of the PRx timer weirdly to restart or end the timer. Or another you get ppl posting on the leaderboards finishing about a ~30-45 min workout posting it in 2 seconds. Not even blaming them... it’s just not intuitive how to record your time. Another odd one is their “daily bodyweight” workout section has a cover picture of a guy doing barbell snatches???

Apart from the bugs the workouts mix it up good enough from day to day and there’s usually options to choose from. I’m not convinced they’re necessarily well thought out by section (today had a warmup with jump rope, strength section doing 50 reverse bench press, then the garage sweat portion adding 100 more reps of bench press with a side of more jump rope... ehhh) but at least it gets you going and there’s no excuse to not workout.

Overall it’s okay. Succeeds in getting your workouts going when combined with PRx equipment but it’s reaching to be a smooth intuitive interface and overall well thought out program. I should note I haven’t paid extra for their paid programs... but I’m also sure I haven’t seen enough to want to try any while browsing that catalog.

### 3/5 — Exercise library not working

*2021-01-13, version 2.6.2*

I really liked the app, especially around the exercise library, however lately it’s not showing anything. Is anyone else experiencing similar issue

### 2/5 — Lacking and no app support

*2020-07-15, version 2.6.2*

The idea behind it is good but with poor execution and the developers do not seem to provide any support or updates to fix bugs, issues or in general make improvements.

Menu icons on the bottom are overplayed with the symbols. Timer is basically useless. Does not allow to play my music on other background apps, when timer is on and ticks every second which is really annoying. Loading time seems to take forever. Cannot keep track of what I’ve done.

### 4/5 — App is Decent

*2020-04-12, version 2.6.2*

Good workouts and plans. The app is broken, bottom of app is combined with the options to select and very slow responding speed when you select something. Overall, great app for workouts.

### 5/5 — Replaces crossfit membership

*2020-03-03, version 2.6.2*

I’ve been doing CrossFit and lifting for a few years. Recently I invested in building up a home gym. The one area I struggled with was programming my own workouts.

This app is AMAZING and has completely replaced my crossfit membership. The fact that it’s free blows my mind. I’d pay a subscription for this app in a heartbeat!

Two things I’d love to see is 1) the ability to track PRs. I currently use a second app to track these 2) more community involvement. There’s a leader board but it would be cool if it was a little more interactive. But considering it’s FREE!! I’ll just keep tracking my own PRs

### 5/5 — Completely frustrated

*2019-11-26, version 2.6.2*

PRx has amazing customer service so I was surprised to have trouble with the app. I used the app for about a week and was loving it. Now, I cannot login. I’ve talked to PRx and they changed my password for me - still locked out. Tried logging in through Facebook and got a message that said “user already exists”. I deleted the app and reloaded it - still locked out. I’m at a loss. The workouts were great. It was nice to track them on the calendar in the app. It even had good workouts for my kids. This is completely frustrating.

Update: I’m not sure what happened but within the app I was emailed a new pw that worked. I’m upgrading to 5 stars.

### 2/5 — Good Workouts. Bad interface

*2019-08-17, version 2.6.2*

Bottom of app on main page is always broke. IphoneX.

Workouts are great. Daily wod would be easier if I didn’t have to go all the way through app to get from section 1 to 2 and 2 to 3. Streamline submission and advancement please.

### 4/5 — Great CrossFit App

*2019-04-04, version 2.6.2*

It is a great fitness app for the beginner/intermediate CrossFit athlete.

Pros:
1. Strategically curated workouts for beginner/intermediate CrossFit athletes
2. A leaderboard for all users to stay competitive.
3. Well displayed videos
4. A nice chat function to send the developers questions (who reply back quite fast)
5. Calendar function to go back and review past workouts.
6. Free/purchasable workout plans

Cons:
1. I’d prefer that the “challenges” they offer be a monthly or weekly thing. Some months, they don’t have these challenges.
2. The numerical score submission (weight, reps, rounds) is a scrolling selection. A standard keyboard entry would faster/more user friendly.
3. There isn’t a personal record keeping area to store your one-rep max or PR’s.

Overall:
Are you a beginner/intermediate CrossFit athlete looking for a great free app? Then go with this one!

### 3/5 — Rendering issue

*2019-02-10, version 2.6.2*

Bottom nav bar doesn’t render properly on iPhone X.
