## What is Pryvyd?

Pryvyd is an exercise alarm. Turn it off and a timed mission starts: do the move you recorded. The camera counts your reps on the phone.

Miss the deadline and the alarm rings again. A second miss turns it off. It will not keep ringing all morning.

Your Morning Ghost gets up on time every day. You compete with that version of you.

Without a subscription: the alarm, the mission, one custom exercise, and the Ghost. Pro adds unlimited custom exercises, every morning insight, and the month card without the watermark. The price, period, and 7-day trial are shown in the app before you confirm. Restore purchases is there too.

Video is processed on your phone to count reps. It is not stored and it is not sent anywhere. If you allow Apple Health, Pryvyd can read sleep duration to explain your mornings. It does not diagnose or treat anything, and it does not write health data. Pryvyd is not a medical device.
