I can be off duty or in the sleeper berth for hours, and it still shows the vehicle in motion, locking me out with an “Access Denied” message. It’s incredibly frustrating when you need to access your logs away from the truck. If it can’t accurately detect when the truck is stationary, it’s practically useless. ### 1/5 — Asked for card info *2026-06-08* This app asks for a payment method scam stay away ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2026-02-09* It doesn’t run properly on my phone. I can’t see my graph. You can’t certify from the app. ### 3/5 — Not Working *2025-05-28* I like the potential this app has for a driver, but recently as of May 14th the app has stopped receiving dispatches through my in box. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the with no luck on getting it to work. Something is not syncing with my account. Hopefully this gets resolved soon. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2025-05-02* Access denied message comes up and stays on even after the truck has been stopped for a half hour. Information is needed sooner than that. App is garbage ### 1/5 — Ruined! *2025-04-08* What was once a 5 Star App in my book has been totally neutered. Let me be the judge of what compromises driver safety. At one time I could check last second information while the vehicle was in motion. Receive incoming messages. This is not an ELD so quit treating the app as though it is one! This app is garbage now. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2025-04-01* The fact my eld has trouble communicating it has stopped, with the addition that I've lost the ability from the previous app to see how many hours I gain back on my recap at a glance, there is absolutely no reason to keep using this app. You remove so many things and put in place something so minimal and restrictive it makes no sense to use it. Now that is gone with the last update making this app useless. ### 1/5 — What’s the secret to signing in? *2025-02-06* I’ve had no luck signing into the new app. Tried everything and nothing works. We apologize for the sign-in issues. The new version of the application uses different credentials from the legacy application which is same as Instinct login credentials. I was able to sign back in to the app but I am still not receiving messages. And again, are you going to add the eDriver Logs and Daily Summary back to the app. I use those features every day. I’m not sure why you would remove access to important information. Test this on real truck drivers. It seems as though too many people are giving you bad reviews on this app too. 1/2024 Older review. You left us hanging on the old app for years. Your support is unclear. My company finally figured out how to get us to be able to sign in. I used the first password to set up the account. You took away some great features like the eDriver Logs! I have never received trips on either app. But I can’t see any messages from my company! I like to keep an eye on messages while I’m not in the truck! I decided to take a big risk and sign out to see if that would fix it. The password I changed my sign in to isn’t working. The password I was originally given, of course, no longer works. Your link to “forgot password” is a dead link. Why can’t you guys give us an app that works with support? Charge us $10 a year. It is the future we need this to work. Also! Make sure you cover daylight savings time. The features were great when it worked in the old app. Why are we no longer allowed to have access to them?
