## What is Psalmly Prayer & Faith Journal?

Psalmly is a quiet, private place to write your prayers in your own words — and keep every one of them for good.

Write freely. No forms, no forced prompts — just a blank page and your own words, saved the moment you write them. Prefer a little structure? Turn on gentle, optional prompts (ACTS, PRAY, SOAP, a daily examen, and more) whenever you want them, and turn them off whenever you don't.

Never lose a prayer. Your journal is kept safely on your device, backs up to a file you own, and syncs through your own private iCloud so it carries from one device to the next — free, forever. Deleted something by accident? Recently Deleted holds it for 30 days.

Mark them answered. Keep a running list of what you're praying for — a friend who's unwell, a family need, your own quiet hopes — and mark each one answered when it is, with a note on how. Look back anytime and see the prayers that were answered.

Find any prayer. Search your whole journal, filter by open or answered, and sort by date or by what was recently answered. Tag prayers by person or topic and gather them into your own lists.

More ways to pray:
- A daily reminder to stop and pray (optional, and always easy to turn off)
- A private lock (Face ID / passcode) for your most personal entries
- A Home Screen widget and an "Add a prayer" Shortcut to capture a prayer the instant it comes to mind

A keepsake to hold onto. Gather your answered prayers into a Prayer Keepsake — a warmly laid-out PDF you can print, save, or share. The on-screen preview is always free; a single one-time purchase unlocks exporting, printing, and sharing your keepsake. There is no subscription, and everything else in Psalmly is free.

Your prayers stay yours — on your device and, if you choose, synced through your own private iCloud. No account, no ads, no third-party analytics. We never read what you write.
