Logninnissues, literally every single time. Now I’m locked out because I wasn’t able to provide answers to security questions that I never set answers to begin with. We will be changing banks soon but not soon enough. Jesus Christ. ### 5/5 — Ease of Use! *2023-04-21* I love this app! It is simple while still providing all that you need to bank from anywhere! ### 2/5 — Worked so well until recently *2020-08-26* This app has been so convenient, but recently I can’t get it to load. I even deleted and downloaded it again. That didn’t work. I also shut my phone off and then back on and still nothing. When it works... *2018-04-16* This app definitely simplifies banking from my phone. I can even make my loan payment by simply doing a fund transfer. My biggest complaint is that the fingerprint login only works about half of the time (and that might be a generous approximation). Everything will look like it’s working; it will ask for my fingerprint and look like it accepted it. Then it asks for it again and again. I know I can cancel this and manually enter my password but it is irritating. ### 5/5 — App crashes *2015-08-12* I downloaded the application, when I opened it, it says an error has occurred, application will need to shut down. Can anyone give advice. As of now until it's fixed I give a 1-star rating.
