I used to be able to log in with no issues. Not sure why my phone updates would affect this app (my other apps work just fine). When I call I’m told to delete the app & download again. Well, I lost all my info on payment categories. I’m not going to delete & download every time I wan to use this app. It’s a shame too because this app was so easy to use. Help us out IT department.

The app worked well for me for years but for about a month now I can’t even get to a login screen it just sits there on the PSB background and never moves, even if I let it sit open for HOURS.

After this past update my IPhone is unable to log in. I have not tried on the computer. Please fix this is a big inconvenience.

I don’t know what the deal is, but I used to be able to sign in using my fingerprint, but after a recent update I have to enter my password each time I want to log in. This wouldn’t be such a big deal, except it kept telling me my password was incorrect even though I KNOW I was entering the correct password. So after changing my passwords several times and each time being told it was incorrect each time, I was finally able to get a new password set that it seems to accept? I don’t know. Anyway, now each time I log in it’s asking me to answer my security questions every single time I log in which is annoying, but tolerable. However, now it tells me my answers to my security questions are incorrect. I CHOSE THE QUESTIONS AND CREATED THE ANSWERS. I don’t understand why this is happening.. I keep ending locked out of my account and all I want to do is check my balance. People bring back the finger print recognition because this is super annoying.

The PSB mobile app is a great banking app with a lot of features like free mobile deposit and bill pay.  It has seen huge improvements over the last year.
