Its such a harassment to the corporate customers. ### 1/5 — Worst internet banking service *2022-04-04* PSB is no more Pyara Saada Bank, worst internet and app based banking service. Having an account for my biz from the last 30 years. At the yearly closing time couldn’t send payments to my clients just because of its online banking system. No one care for our issues. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2022-03-15* Whenever i try to do fund transfer it shows insufficient balance although there’s enough balance in account and nothing appears in select account option . Bank has turned off fund transfer option from it’s site also . First make the app bug free and then close the site version. Customer care people don’t reply . There’s no accountability. Thinking to change my bank . Everytime servers are low . And whenever we login in app out of 10 , 8 times it will tell you to re- register in app and then send sms and verfication stuff. In that process mostly times it fails and will waste your time , which is very irritating .
