If I try to create an account or scan a QR code to charge, it just says “Error, we cannot process your request”. Useless. What a complete piece of garbage app.

I’m not sure we are better off with these existing.
They are soooo overpriced.
Avoid this service if you can. You won’t find a more expensive way to charge your car.

The app doesn’t sync with the pump. Called customer service and he was useless as well and suggested I call a tow company because the machines weren’t working and the closest ones were 50miles away - there were 4. One finally worked but wouldn’t sync with the app - just charged the car 1/2 way and quit. They force you to put $10 in your account. This is a rental car that I have for 2 days. The map doesn’t work - had to use google to find charger to begin with. Complete waste of my time. These charging stations and stupid apps are precisely why I refuse to buy an EV. I’m a literal UX Designer and couldn’t figure this app out - I don’t know how on earth others are supposed to.

There’s a PSE Up and Go charger near me. Think it shows up on their own app or in the near me section? Of corse not. That would make too much sense. Also does not take Apple Pay.

PSE really dropped the ball on this one. I’m surprised they didn’t go with a reputable, Trusted partner like ChargePoint or SemaConnect instead of this fly by night system. Don’t waste your time on this app. 3/4 of the pins on the map won’t even load to show you rates/availability.

All lanes were open. I’m new to charging and this location is expensive. Slow charge for KWh. I only received 14KWh charge speed. The charging station at South Hill Mall was 30 KWh speed on the CCS, max charge speed was 150KWh. 1 hour 5 minutes cost $11.67 at the Old Cannery station. South Hill Mall was $1.47 for 30 minutes.  My car is 2025 KIA Niro EV.

### 3/5 — App Name and Login Domain Don’t Match

My biggest annoyance with the app is that the Apple password manager, Keychain, logs the credentials under greenlots.com because that’s where the auth traffic is sent but the app is looking for a password of PSE Up & Go. Every time you sign in you have to go looking for that greenlots entry. 

Please fix for another star.

Shell Recharge together with PSE Up & Go have powerful chargers. I have been using the Mullenix Shell gas Station at Port Orchard with a great experience!… Hope all Shell gas stations get this chargers for EV’s!
