### 1/5 — Randomly blocked out

*2026-07-30*

App not really helpful when it randomly decides you can’t log in

### 1/5 — GARBAGE

*2026-07-08*

Garbage app that always screws up my auto payments, logs me out, and has caused me to miss multiple payments. You should be sued.

### 1/5 — Login token expires constantly

*2026-05-23*

The login process is no good. The PSE prices doubled recently, another example of greedy companies.

### 4/5 — No Apple Pay

*2026-02-22*

This app is pretty much identical to the website. It does not offer Apple Pay despite being an iOS app.

### 1/5 — Clunky web app, not a real native app

*2026-02-04, version 5.1.1*

This app feels amateurish and unfinished. It comes across as a quick band-aid fix where a basic web app was simply wrapped and pushed out as a “mobile app,” rather than something thoughtfully designed.

Navigation is clunky, performance is inconsistent, and the overall user experience shows the developers don’t really understand mobile app design fundamentals. Simple tasks take too many steps, interface is dated and unpolished.

What makes this especially disappointing is that this is coming from a region that prides itself on tech talent.

Customers rely on this app for essential services. This needs a complete redesign with real native development, not another patch layered on top of a web page.

### 1/5 — Awful

*2026-01-25, version 5.1.1*

This app terrible! Can’t even log in, all you get is an error message!

### 1/5 — App needs to support landscape orientation on an iPad

*2026-01-14, version 5.1.1*

Nice that it works on an iPad at all, but app forces portrait orientation making the use of the app awkward at best. I’m sure your crack team of developers can figure it out? Maybe a bit of AI coding would help? 🤨

### 1/5 — Ongoing issues with no end in sight

*2025-12-23*

App throws errors more often than not. Has for years. Constantly checking back in just to see if I can pay this bill should be a major priority for any company that wants to stay in business… oh wait PSE doesn’t have competition it’s a monopoly. Doubt they read reviews. Also, when the power goes out the outage map is a joke. I don’t recommend this app however it’s the only way to pay a bill with them.

### 2/5 — This app needs some work

*2025-12-19, version 5.1.1*

I really do like the convenience of this app with paying bills, outages & such but literally for a month I kept getting a “sorry/error” pop up I finally uninstalled & redownloaded it again & it works again. I feel like there’s a few things usually going on with this app.

### 1/5 — Can’t fathom who thought it was a good idea

*2025-12-17, version 5.1.1*

Why in the world would a power company REQUIRE an update to its app before the app can be used again, DURING an outage? When people are trying to conserve their phones’ power?
