We DO wish there was a local branch closer to Bloomsburg, we have to drive an hour to Harrisburg if we want a face to face… Well worth the drive though! ### 2/5 — Viewing issues after latest update *2026-04-09, version 7.10.0* Could the top bar in the app be made smaller? It takes up almost a third of my screen and I am left with a smaller area to view my accounts. It makes it difficult to see more than 4 accounts at a time when I used to be able to see a lot more. Other than that the app has had few bugs through the years, 2 stars is due to the recent update making the viewable area too small. Also, please remove the ACH:Payment, ACH:Deposit, etc. from in front of transactions in my accounts. I cannot read where the transaction originated and it is making it very difficult to track expenses quickly. I don’t have access to a browser tonight, so I’m forced to wait until tomorrow. I used to be able to login in with my pin, now I have to use my password. Instead of my account popping up I get my mom’s I have to select mine. Holding checks for review for no reason, and hard to scan. It gives an alert and immediately closes. I understand baking apps doing this for jailbroken devices , which my device is not, but for developer mode is absurd. As an app developer myself, I need this mode enabled on my iPhone. That’s how I make the money I deposit into the account lol. Most other banking apps do not block devices with developer mode on. ### 1/5 — Mobile deposit faulty *2025-11-29, version 7.5.1* Unlike our other bank apps, mobile deposit on PSECU is an error prone pain in the butt. Image sizing gives trouble every time. Often cannot read endorsement. Today I had to kill the app and start over. These failures are not new. Why does PSECU release junk software while other credit unions are easy to use? ### 1/5 — Loans *2025-09-02, version 7.3.0* I have two loans that are autopay but neither gets paid, so every month I get past due notices. I’ve contacted PSECU but nothing was corrected. No call back after leaving my number either. It took 20 minutes to “find the right person” only to have the call dropped, again no call back. They will be cutting me a cashiers check to take to a new bank tomorrow. It’s shameful really 20yrs I’ve dealt with these clowns, I’ve had enough.
