The new version is so complicated that I started to use different bank more. 👎🏻 ### 4/5 — Transfers/ext accounts are buggy *2024-12-02* Looks is fine. Security update is good. But one has to add external accounts twice in different places which seems weird and misleading. Adding it to dashboard and connecting account will not have them display in the list of available accounts for transfer. One has to add the accounts again from the drop down list to save it for future transfers. Weird and seems like an unnecessary step. Niestety, moje doświadczenia po aktualizacji są dalekie od oczekiwań. Przede wszystkim zauważyłam, że wiele funkcji, które wcześniej działały sprawnie, teraz charakteryzuje się opóźnieniami, co wpływa na moją codzienną pracę. Zamiast zwiększonej płynności, otrzymałam frustrację i nieefektywność. Dodatkowo, interfejs użytkownika stał się nieco bardziej zamieszany. Zmiany, które miały na celu uproszczenie nawigacji, w praktyce wprowadziły większy chaos. O ile doceniam starania zespołu projektowego, uważam, że lepszym rozwiązaniem byłoby pozostawienie sprawdzonych rozwiązań, a nie wprowadzanie niepotrzebnych trudności. Stary system sprawdzał się w 100%, był niezawodny. Nie było żadnych problemów. Może warto wpierw wprowadzić personalne zmiany na górze, a nie wprowadzać pseudo modyfikacji. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2024-11-21, version 4015.0.0* Terrbile! you can take 100 pictures of a check and still won't take it, the old app didn't have this problem. New app is much worst then old one. Where is bill payment option? Do we have to go back to check writing??? Extremely not user friendly app after the upgrade. Let us roll back to the old version !!!! ### 1/5 — Worse Update *2024-11-17* I had this bank ever since I was a child and it keeps getting worse. The update does look sleek, however there was no need to change the whole look and layout of the older version. I hate that my balances aren’t color coded when money is being moved, taken out, or added. What’s worse is that we cannot change it in the settings (to my knowledge). They could have just added more features to the older one instead of reworking the whole app. Needs to be better, but I doubt they will change it anytime soon. It’ll be another decade or so until we get another bad update. ### 1/5 — Piece of trash. *2024-11-15* I can’t believe it’s made WORSE. It freezes, crashes, and it’s by far the worst and unintuitive design I’ve been forced to use. Honestly I will change banks because of this. Online banking is 99% of what I do. This update is unacceptable.
