The latest updates have now made this app very efficient to use - it’s basically a simple app which was made difficult by a bug in the user interface. We purchased our system from Sydney Parking Solutions and their initial training and ongoing support has been paramount to the success of the system for our visitor car parking. If there are any app issues we contact them and it’s sorted within an hour. ### 4/5 — Does the job *2020-09-24, version 1.5.0* We recently had these installed to manage visitor parking, we have some trouble with app errors and not allowing us to register phone numbers every now and then, normally if you come back in 24 hours or so it’s fixed itself however. We have multiple locks and it’s annoying needing to add phone number individually to each one for each resident. Would be good if this could also be done from a PC however can only be done from phone app. ### 4/5 — NEEDS TO BE UPDATED FOR IPHONE 11 - NOT CONNECTING TO LOCK *2020-06-02, version 1.4.4* App works fine on my older model phones but not my new IPhone 11. Last update for this app was 2 years ago for IPhoneX. I am not able to register an account as I can’t enter a password in the first field it will only let me enter into the second field so there is a password mismatch error. In addition some of the icons are nearly off the screen... took 20mins to receive the code to register an account. They are great, but you must update the app with an edit function to change the number to a name or unit number so it can easily be identify and reference. When there are too many numbers, we don’t know who they are and hard to keep referring to a spreadsheet. The ability to give our tenants the peace of mind knowing their car spaces are free for them has been great for us. We are located in QLD so there was no need to send and retrieve keys as we can just give access through our phones. Sydney Parking Solutions took care of the installation and training of how to use the app also with our tenants.
