For $30 a week and $50 a month, that is unacceptable. It made me purchase the wrong upgrade twice ! The app has a great concept but really up set with spending almost $60 for it to glitch on me like that . I purchased the month pack for my cosmetology exam. The first time I took my cosmetology exam. I don't think I was prepared at all, but I found out about this app and I feel like it really helped me retain more knowledge about everything and the subjects really go into detail The only thing I didn't like was I had problems when I would click on the nail section. It wouldn't give me nail questions. It gave me some that helped but It would just give me questions from every other subject in the Cosmetology prep other than that this app helped a lot. It said I still have to buy it. Me thinking it was a bug and that it didnt charge me, I bought it again. IT STILL DIDNT LET ME ACCESS PREMIUM. I then checked my bank and it charged me for both when I just wanted it for one week. I got it refunded both after a while of waiting and tried again. IT FINALLY WORKED MY ONE WEEK TRIAL. THEN OUT OF NOWHERE AFTER 2 DAYS IT CANCELS FOR NO REASON. AND I LOST $30 FOR 2 DAYS OF PREMIUM. THEY KEEP TAKING MY MONEY. My actual written state board had none of those questions. Many of the questions are base level easy type questions that were no where near the difficulty of questions I saw on the actual test. Multiple answers to questions were in fact, incorrect, per the code book, and the paid for practice tests don’t even allow you to review the questions you got wrong and see the correct answer. None of the answer explanations give you article numbers to help find where you got it wrong. Trying to study for the cosmetology exam. 550 available questions and across 20+ sessions I am continually fed the same exact questions. You select “nails” every single question is regarding chemical services. For this to be the app provided by the actual testing company is insane and I honestly feel you should be sued! 😍 you’re company has taken a total of 200$ from me and your very own study app is preventing me from being able to study. I have exhausted all forms of troubleshooting and am still unable to test myself on anything further than the same 20 questions its continued to give me on a loop. Customer service is no help. It is supposed to give 540 questions in 8 categories, but I think they gave fewer than that because many of the questions are repeated in each category. So disappointed paid for nothing, questions doesn’t match the real exam.
