Constant connection errors basically can't pull data from anywhere.

**Developer response:** Hi — thanks for the report and sorry you’re having trouble.

A “connection error” usually happens for one of these reasons:

• No callsign configured (Settings → enter a valid callsign)
• No recent PSKReporter activity for that callsign
• MQTT (Real-time) blocked by some networks/firewalls → try switching to HTTP Polling in Settings
• Very quiet bands/time window selected

Quick things to try:
	1.	Enter your callsign in Settings
	2.	Switch Connection Type to HTTP Polling
	3.	Set time window to 30–60 min
	4.	Tap refresh

Also note: the app shows stations heard by / hearing your callsign. If you haven’t been active on FT8/FT4 recently, you may see no data. The new Grid View works even without WSJT-X running and may be useful in that case.

This app seems to just be charging for access to data that is free on the PSKReporter website. Not worth it. The free version has most of the features disabled.
